Scottish B3 Project Brought To You By TheB3e.Com

:: Current Section: Upgrades & Custom

Virtually nothing on this Passat was left stock. Jamie makes himself a custom Bad Look grille, integrates turn signals into the mirror housings, adds some slick looking Keskin KT5 wheels, wrapped in 205/50/15 Yokohama rubber, giving the Passat it's final look.

Little added touches like, detailed calipers and carriers match the new K&W suspension perfectly and ties the whole package together. Jamie finishes off the body with a Rieger RS front bumper, InPro projector style headlamps and fits Passat GT fender arches and trim to keep it looking like a true German machine.

Not only did Jamie want his Passat to look good,  he also wanted it to perform well. He replaced all worn stock bushings with poly units to stiffen up the ride and to compliment the K&W setup.

To allow the engine to breath a bit better, a Jetex Stainless Steel exhaust system was installed and the catalytic converter got shelved by running a straight pipe that allows the use of the original O2 sensor. On the intake side, a  K&N filter was dropped in and restrictions in the air box were removed.

The Interior was fitted with a full leather package that was swapped out of a VR6 Wagon. For tunes, Jamie installed a Kenwood head unit with 400 Watt 6x9's in the rear parcel shelf and front doors. For added sound reinforcement, 50 Watt surround speakers were installed on the pillars and a 6 disc CD changer installed in the trunk.
